Our fine, organic cacao is grown across seven distinct regions in the Dominican Republic, with a majority being grown and cared for in Villa Altagracia. Our farms and farmers are certified organic. Our cocoa beans are carefully fermented and dried, and brought to a local processing facility in Santo Domingo. The cacao is then transformed into fine paste, couverture, powder and butter, perfectly roasted, conched and blended with unique flavors for you to enjoy.
Our bars are made in the Dominican Republic. In the case of our truffles, we partnered with a truffle maker in the United States, and sent our chocolate recipe for our truffles to be made to our specifications. The coffee in our truffles is sourced from a local Dominican coffee brand. INARU strives to keep the transformation of goodness as close to the source as possible.
