Order Processing

We process and ship our orders M-Th of every week. Orders requested before 9 AM ET will be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Please note that packages ordered Fri-Sun will not ship until the next business day (public holidays, excluded), even if 2-Day Shipping is selected. Shipping Rate timelines are provided by the carrier and indicate the delivery timing once the package is received by the carrier, not from when the order is placed.

International Shipments

We are unable to ship orders outside of the U.S. and Puerto Rico at this time. Be sure to sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know when international customers can receive our chocolates.

Returns

All orders are considered final sale and not eligible for return. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us at sales@inaruvalley.com and include a detailed description of the issue along with any photos that may better assist us. While we do not offer cash refunds, we'll do our best to rectify the situation.
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us within one (1) hour of your order being confirmed. Order cancellations after this time are not guaranteed to be honored.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we recommend 2-day shipping for all orders. We may be able to ship some states via ground shipping during cooler months. Please see the chart below for reference.
